RP3500 Drum sticks wile printing

Hello there
I have a problem with my RP3500. The print drum sticks while printing.
I have to release it manually every time. Does anyone have any experience on how to fix the problem?

Huh? The paper sticks to the drum? To much lead edge ink or the sep finger rubber O-ring is broken and not shooting the puff of air
