RISO RZ 970 - T96 - 569

I have a new Riso RZ 970 colour drum which is giving error code T96-569 even after following setup
procedure ( MACHINE IN TEST MODE 117 START, 890 START, OFF-ON, 887 START ).
It is giving C01-512 error at the end of the setup and its not inking the drum. What am i not doing right?

Is it Generic Ink or have a damaged RF tag? Try a different tube cause that is the proper inking operation
