E1 and E3 KS 800
E1 = Main motor Error
E3 = Clamp motor error (clamp motor have fuction to open and close clamp at the print drum when master making operating)
1. Open the Rear Cover
2. check cable conected (blue cable to encoder sensor and clam motor)
3. Clean the encoder sensor
Actually the error code E1 and E3 will appear if any cable disconected betwen main pcb and main motor, encoder sensor)
