Duplo 460H

I am having an issue with duplo duplicator. The image on the printed sheet is printing skewed. The transport and timed rollers have recently been replaced by a working technician from a graphics supply company that had sold us the machine. I have cleaned rollers and belts that transport paper through machine. Pick up and air flow is clear and appears to be feeding paper properly. Have tried different drums in machine still the problem exists. The skewed image is consistant throughout the run. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
