Hey all, have a customer with a SE9480 that has pins codes setup. I guess the prior owner of the machine did it for whatever retarded reason. It appears that this is done in the admin mode. Anybody know how to clear the pins? Right now it's a brick.

Test mode 118 clears user codes.

Hey thanks jermyth, Would you by chance have a copy of the test mode 118 documentation? RISO in their ultimate wisdom cut us off just prior to the SE and SF series when we wouldn't send anybody to the East Coast for service training on the newest models. On the flip side we're lucky to sell one Riso a year now. Thanks again for the info!Comment

Sorry, but 118 is not listed in the manual. It's one of those unlisted codes. A co-worker of mine found it when having the same problem on a EZ or RZ.
