[Error Code] RZ220ui Error Code A-16 525

Hi! I am working with an RZ220ui, and I am having trouble with one of the drums. I have 3 drums total (2 work perfectly), and 1 in specific gives the error code A-16 525 after attempting to create a new master after it is loaded. I unloaded and reloaded the master roll, and this did not seem to fix the issue. When I unloaded the master roll, I noticed there was a master burned onto the paper, but it never got attached to the drum. Any advice is appreciated - thank you!!

A16-525 means a master is still on the drum after master removal. Pull out the drum and remove the stuck master. If you hadn't used that drum in a while the master can get too sticky to be removed by the RISO.
