Hi There I'm a copier technician and was wondering if any one can assist me on how i can do a firmware update on a Riso SF 5030. Would highly appreciate any assistance.

I don't have a problem telling you how to update firmware, but I'm wonder what you mean "no data". Can you please post a picture of what the screen is showing, because I can't find any message in the manuals that would show this message. I'm thinking your problem is something other than firmware.
Anyhow to update firmware: put firmware on a flash drive. Get the Riso into test mode, insert the drive at the USB port on the op panel, enter mode 90 and push start.
