There is a lots of bugs in riso comcolor's firmware.
I have the same problem on X1, FW and GD series.
Try the last firmware and driver and also change pdl (PCL->PS or PS->pcl).

And if you use code with count limitation for user, there is a bug if the user have reached his cota.
So, try to increase his cota.

It will print a test page from memory or counter report fine.
Anyone had this or know what it might be?
