xerox versant 180 - error code 77-123

i have problem with xerox versant 180
the paper scew and jam in the rigi unit
every 20 or 30 prints

This is a duplex (or face down) copy. Does it jam single sided (face up)?

sometimes have this Fault Code 026-401

I asked if it jams or skews single sided. If not, you have something wrong in the duplex tray. most likely a broken spring, bushing or adhesive. Ignore 26-401 for now, that's because your side registration is so far off from the misfed paper.
