RP 3700 only burns half of image on the master

I have a Rp 3700 that only burns half the image on the master the scanner is going all the way across the image I replaced the board that the TPH plugs into same issue. Anyone else had this problem? I also did a test pattern 50 same problem only prints about 5" then nothing.

Pull the drum and check to see if you have a piece of master material or paper stuck top the screen under the master. It will give the same effect.
