My riso FR 3910 keeps displaying a master misfeed error, prompting me to reinsert the roll. It just continues to be jammed whenever I reset it. When I go into test mode, it seems that the cutter is messed up because the 112 test doesn't result in any action. I'm assuming it's stuck in a "down" position because the path for the master to move forward in blocked.
