I have this Riso 2235ui prints great and feeds fine.. Just when it comes to the master ejection.. Fails more than it works.. Any fixes known to man kind.

Make sure your disposal belts are not stretched out.The on time for the disposal motor should be maxed out also. This should help with any disposal problems.Check the clamp and projection bar to make sure they are operating properly.
I went there today and replaced the belts. seemed to help. I am not sure what the on time for the disposal motor settings are, or how to change them. How ever, I do have the service manual for this series and it may refer to this adjustment.
Thanks for your help
Tim
i hate the diposal on the RN. Change the belts like mentioned. I have also found if ink gets built up in the pulleys that the belts go around, they will not opperate properly. Sorry for not having documentation, but there was a field modification put out by Riso to the compression plate. You would break off these tabs attached to it, and that seemed to help some also. Good luck....
