    RZ 390 H-errors

Can anyone tell me why a Riso RZ 390 shows H errors every time it's switched on? It asks for the whole set, 1 through 6, and then sometimes then it still doesn't want to print. I've used two different inks -- one with and one without the chip. Any thoughts?

    Thanks

May have a bad board in the drum. Can you swap drums to see?Sounds like it is not reading the RF tag from the ink.

Reseat connectors on drum PCB and reset Test Mode 117 (Drum Memory Clear) and TM 890 (RF Tag Data)

A long while back we recieved a bad shipment of ink. The RF tags on the ink would randomly fail. New tube, mid tube whenever. You could take the tube to a different machine and it would code out.
