    Risograph 5900 error code E15

    I have a Risograph 5900 with an E15 error code, would someone know what the code means, and if there is a reset that needs to be done

    Scanner home position sensor is defective.I think it is located on the back frame under the platen glass.

        Risograph 5900 error code E56

        The problem with the E15 error code is gone, but a new error code E56 has appeared, sorry for the trouble, but the help is greatly appreciated.

          E56 is "close the top cover".Either the actuator is broken or the switches for the cover have gone bad.

              My riso is producing error E16 what could be the cause and how do I rectify it

                If its in the RA 5900 then its a C sensor malfunction.On the front of the drum are two sensors.One is the A sensor, the other is the C sensor.Clean, hit the reset button and retry.If that doesnt work, try another drum to see if your problem runs deeper than just the E16.
