riso cr1630 doesn't ink the drum properly

    good day, sirs.

as the topic states, riso doesn't ink the drum/master copy properly. some parts of the paper, however, is inked and printing properly.

first, i found out that the hose inlet to the drum has a leak (damaged). i replaced it with a new hose, manually rotated the pump (to push out air from hose) to push ink in, but still, the problem persists.

i tried running a couple of hundred pages after i replaced the hose. it also tried to ink the drum (circling display). after it stopped, "replace ink cartridge" lit up, same problem persists.

-- is there a service mode code for the riso to ink the drum (circling display)?

-- what else do i have to check?

thanks in advance. i hope i made my problem clear (as im not that fluent in english )

Service code to ink up drum is 101
First check on the inside of the drum and see if your squeegie gear is turning.
If you replaced the hose make sure that the fillter is put back in place other wise the pump sucks air and it does not in probly.
    What? HuH?
