What model? If you are talking a Riso I will sell you the whole clamp. If it is a GR series machine I am pretty sure those parts were discontinued awhile ago.

My Bad, It is a GR3770. The service manual calls it a clamp plate sheet.

I found them!

I found the part number (Thanks to Brave Hart for sending me the parts manual) and a source: toshiba copier parts riso kip samsung V8000 toner ink accessories. This web site has a lot of parts, it is rather convoluted but if you have the part number, it's not too bad. I got stripper pads (019-11833-006) for $3.99 and the Clamp Plate Sheets (014-12121-607) for $11.77.
