What would be the possible causes for the ink overflow?
I actually changed a different type of ink cartridge from one dealer, which i guess, doesn't give me the original ink. Can that be the possible reason? because it stopped working after some days i started to use the ink.
So what would be your possible suggestion to solve that problem?
Once more, Thanks in advance for your quick reply.
The OEM ink has an RF chip on it.Havent tried to use an after market tube of ink so i cant tell you what would happen if you tried to use one.Maybe someone else who has used after market ink and has seen this can jump in and give an opinion.
Thanks
I managed to fix it. As u suggested the problem was ink overflow and I think the cause was the new ink i used.. its a little bit thick for the drum.
I cleaned the drum and its doing fine now.
Thank you
