I Installed a new riso rz 230 error code p-96-569 display...I don't have the service manual for it .. any hellp??

You have to input the color information and the ink category in the machine.In service mode input 117,press start....then 890,start.Power off,then back into service mode and run 887.

how to enter the service mode?

1. switch off your riso.
2. press at the same time left and right positioning button.
3. switch on your riso, when the battons (2) is pressed.

P96-569 = Either The Print Drum Color Information or Ink Catagory Information Is Still Not Input

Follow this instruction to Installing ur drum.

1. Insert Ink Catridge to drum
2. Press and hold down at the same time left and right positioning button and Switch on the machine
3. Insert Drum to the machine press Reset key if error appear
4. Enter test Mode 117 and start
4. Enter test mode 890 and start (this test mode will copies the ink information eg; ink color, ink catagory, etc onto the print drum PCB
5. Enter test Mode 887 and start (this test mode will pump ink from ink bottle to print drum) and drum will rotate and one page master will clamp to the print drum, wait until ur print drum stop.
6. Switch off and on machine

RZ Color Codes to input for drum inking

Does anybody know what the Riso RZ Color Codes to input for drum inking?

Example: Bright Red is #5
