      Be sure both exit belts are turning maybe?
      Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

          Yeah,
          all three exit belts are running... I still think it's likely due to the roller that pushes the paper up against the print drum is a bit out of alignment... but I'm not sure.

              I think I've figured it out... I'm missing the plastic piece that directs blowing air onto the paper that helps pull it off the print drum. And I was hoping it was going to be something freakishly complicated

              This place must be run by Yoda... I answer my own questions. Hmmm.
