Take one to the hardware store and find one that fits.Costs a lot less and will last a lot longer.

What you need is a place that stocks for the trade. Don't know about usa but in uk I'd go to a bearing stockist as they also stock belts and if they don't have it they get it next day.

Not available any more. FYI I have tried and searched high and low on other Riso's needing the same belts to get cheaper ones then the ones Riso sells and they do not last long since the OEM Riso ones are made of some weird rubber stuff that the ink doesn't effect.

I would warn you customer the part is no longer available and your useing a last resort part. Other wise when it goes bad and it will very soon your name will be mud an they may refuse to pay for the part and service. Put the warning in writing also to be safe and make sure every one understands before and after the fact.
