Rp3700 system recovery

What should i do, message came up "turn off and on again to recovery sysytem"
and i did but after i turn it off and than i can not turn it on again. Just can hear the machine humming but nothing happen.
Please help

Sounds like the power supply is bad. But that is just a guess from the humming sound that you are hearing.
