LOL Mail box is full and will not take note of calls. Call us @ 716-832-4950. We are not local to you...but may be able to help. FYI that model next to no parts are available from Riso and service by just about any tech also next to non with no parts or support. LOL It's old time to help the economy and get some thing...newer. LOL Riso like other makers made mach's like this one better then they thought not knowing they will run for ever and need very little parts and service...so they cut off all parts and support to turn over new mach's.
