gr 1750 problems

having all sorts of problems with 1750, can make masters with black drum, but not with red drum, it gives e03 error,
tried info in manual, it says press sw1 in system pcb to get positions of pressure solarnoid and hook lever, but the sw1 on this machine has small on/off switch that when turned on or off does nothing, also cannot get blue or purple drums into machine even though i have used them both before.
would appreciate any help, losing hair by the minute.

Check the timing.

Check the clamp on the color drums.Make sure they open all the way.They have a magnet on the ends that tell the machine when they are open and closed.They may be out of position.Check them with the black drum.For the other drums,make sure the drive shaft in the back of drum is in the correct postion too.Should match up with the drive of the machine.
