I have to go work on one of these tomorrow... it's got a T01-999 code, what is this? any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.

T01 refers to the main motor being locked up. There are many things that can cause this. I am concerned by the 999 at the end there is no reference to that in my service manual. Depending on the number of copies that are on the machine it could be anything. I have see the main motors go out a lot around 5 million impressions. I would try resetting the machine and go from there. -
thank you for the help. I had them hit the reset button and it did reset. He ran some test prints and it seemed to work fine. Here's hoping it stays that way *crossing fingers*...thanks again.Comment
