We have a Riso 3770 that is showing the message "Close Scanner Table" even when the scanner table is closed. Unfortunately, this prevents the machine from operating. Any ideas of how to fix this? Thanks for any suggestions!

OK...thanks. One thing I forgot to mention -- when you open the front door where the drum is, the green light does not come on. Maybe that's a result of the machine thinking the scanner table isn't closed, but I thought I should mention it in case it sheds light on a different problem. It goes like this check switches, check fuse on ppower supply. If neither of those it is a board or broken wireComment
