[Electrical] RISO RZ 200EP Manual Please

Hi there

I got a RISO RZ 200EP to repair with 5 other machines from the same client, all damaged by one big power surge caused by an electrical technician working on the power grid . i opened the riso up, and found a swollen 560μF 400V cap witch i replaced nothing else looks or tests damaged, two of the male sockets on the PSU board are unused but are mark with blue marker . I cant find the plugs that's supposed to be there. Somthing must be missing.
where can i find a manual or circuit diagrams for this machine?

The open connectors on the board are for additional accessories. Checked at factory with blue pen that day. What does the machine do? Or not do?

6 machines taken out by a surge, ouch. Bet that customer was happy with the power company.

The machine is not switching on.

Service Manual Requests

Check all fuses. Unplug all connectors to the power supply and see if you get any power there, if you do, then plug each connector in individually.
