    GR 3770 Re-Insert drum?

Hi, I am having trouble getting my drums back into my machine. I removed one and no cannot get any to go back in. They go almost completely back in but stop at the very last bit. The machine just tells me to insert a print cylinder.

I read some past posts that seemed like they might be covering similar issues but still couldn't get to the bottom of it and I wasn't sure if it was the exact problem. I thought I would ask you all of your help.

It seems like maybe the male spindle in the back off the machine might be a just slightly off from 180 degrees. All the female openings on my drums seem to be straight up-and-down. Is there a way to get the spindle in it's home position? (If that is indeed the problem?)

I have the service codes but didn't see much in there to reset the position of anything without a drum in there.

Any advice would be great. Thanks in advance.

    Eric

In the service mode run number 60 wich is a 15 RPM Drum Rotation. While you're running that keep an eye on the spindle in the back of the machine and make sure when you stop the rotation that it is in the 90 degree position with the smaller pin in the up position. If you cant get the drum rotation to work, in the past I've used a pair of pliers to manually rotate the spindle and set the timming. Let me know if this works.
