    Too much ink offset

    Riso 3770

Made master using Line. When using photo, or duo, it is too light.

The copies have too much ink or it is not drying fast enough to where it is offsetting on the subsequent copies that come out. It is running on the slowest speeds.

Could be the roller inside the drum has worked loose. There has to be a specific gap which you can set using feeler gauges. If you don't have a manual just ask and I'll dig out what you need for the settings.

Running a Rizo faster makes the copies lighter. Speed it up.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.
