[Error Code] Gestetner 5450 display japanese

Hi all,
i'mhaving this issue on a Gestetner 5450, every time i turn off the duplicator, at next power up the machine settings are wrong and the display language is japanese.
Is there a battery backup for those settings? If yes, where is the battery and what type of battery is? I must know those details for make a repair for a customer.

I have had this issue on Ricoh JP1210 twice, display goes japanese & default drum size changes, turned out to be PSU on both occasions.
