HC5500 ink incompatiblity

    [Error Code] HC5500 ink incompatiblity

    I have HC5500 (american version). But I am from europe/germany. And we have here european cartridges. I get error Z3-332K, cartridges incompatible.
    Is there anyway to reset this error?

      Riso Inks

      Ever since we have sold Riso inks (12 years) they have always produced separate inks for the US and for the European markets that are for each markets machines and that are NOT interchangable. We are unaware of any 'fix'.

      However the US inks are equally priced and can be purchased in Europe by the dealers that support the US military bases overseas being a significant market for Riso.
