[Error Code] Riso GR2700

I have an old Riso gr2700.
It was working fine so far.
But last week appeared an error code E11.
Please tell me what's wrong regarding this error code.

E11 - Pressure Control Motor Lock

Displayed to interrupt the machine operation:
1) If the pulse from the Encoder disc on the Pressure control motor
has not been detected within

100ms from the start of the Pressure
control motor.
2) If the Pressure centering sensor status has not been changed from
ON to OFF (or OFF to ON) within 5 seconds from the start of the

Pressure control motor.

please let me know that how release(unlock) the pressure control motor?

check the gear that the pressure control motor drives known as the pressure gear. these are know to break apart in the middle causing the motor to seize up. if the gear is good and turns freely give it a test mode 90 and see if that clears it up.

I took the motor and cleaned it but there is still an error code.
I think that I should replace it with a new motor, but it's hard to find the part.
Do you have any souces on how get that part.

Max it sounds like u should call a tech but if you want parts or machines call rich at green office solutions (631) 860-4993, i warn you, working on these machines can cost you a bundle if you dont know what your doing.

Good call- these are great boxes, but they are a different breed-simple, yet you need to know them to fix them. A good Riso in the hands of an inexperienced tech will end badly.
