    Ink Compatability?

I'm trying to figure out which inks would be compatible with my riso rc 6300. I've noticed that there are riso inks that are described as compatible with ra, fr, gr, rc, rn and rp models.

Is there an easy way to determine what inks I would be able to use? Would I be able to use any ink made for the gr, fr, rn and rp? I'm pretty new to this any help would be appreciated, thanks!

RCs are old, old, old, quite old, they used oil based inks. The new machines (RZ, EZ) use soy based inks (which do not work as well as the oil ink)-Having said that, it is safe to use RA ink in an RC, although I do not know if the cartridge will fit. iirc, the color tubes would interchange between the RC and RA without any modification. I am not sure, since this was a long time ago. Did I mention that the RCs are old?

Ok, great, I have several drums/cartridges I was wondering about the tubes of ink specifically. So RA tubes would work, what about gr, fr, rn and rp?

Other than the tubes not fitting right, the ink inside will most likely work-there's really not much to pressing ink through a screen...
