[Misc] Risograph ra4050

Hi guyz, there's this Risograph RA4050 I am to look at. customer complains it is producing copy only HALF-WAY, half of the text or image doesn't show. there is new INK tube i inside. yet it is also indicating no ink. I'm not expert on digital duplicators, though I was trained by GESTETNER decades ago on their COPY PRINTER equivalent of the same. I later on moved on to copiers. Customer is 400km away from my workstation, want to go on to the machine when I am mentally and spiritually prepared so that what i do physically is very little. I WILL APPRECIATE ANY HELP.

It might have failed to dispose of a master and it is peeled back on the drum. Call the customer and have them pull the master off the drum and check for an additional one. Or the ink motor has burned up and it's not pumping ink.

i concure either a double master wrap for the half pages possible ink pump for the inking issue or it could also be a the allen screw on the squeegee roller is backed out and not turning the inside mech of the drum
