im not really familiar with this model but it may be needing the disposal box emptied hope this helps the machine is not one i have ever messed with in the us

but i have emptied the disposal box (there was no used master here ) i also cleaned all the parts in the d box but Without result !!!!
how to reset it !! maybe it's Err Illusion !! i entred in the mode safe but i did not know how to reset it!!!!

I have never heard of that model of machine. Obviously something made in Japan for European export and never sold in the US. There is not going to be anyone here in the US that knows anything about that machine.

Your best bet is to research the machines sold here and see what it comes closest too, and chances are the error codes are going to be the same as I am sure that the machine's programming was not going to be changed significantly from its underlaying design.
