[Misc] No more HDD in my Riso HC5000 (PS7R-9000 controller)

    Hello,

I bought recently at an auction a Riso HC5000 with a PS7R9000 controller.
When trying to make it work, i discovered that there was any hdd in the controller !
I readed in some posts on this forum that it was possible to copy an image of PS7R9000's HDD in order to make it work.
Is there is anyone there who could help me ? Riso reseller in Paris asked me 1500 euros (!) for that !! When you know that a 160 gb hdd cost around 50 euros, its a bit excessive...

    Thanks in advance
    Frank

I don't know how it's done in Europe, but the disk may come pre loaded with the OS already on it and that is why it's so pricey. You might want to send a direct message to the persons who posted about it previously.

Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.
Michael Bolton: You and me both, man. That thing is lucky I'm not armed.

      Hello,

Did you find the hard drive image for your Riso HC5000?

I am also trying to either get a hard drive already loaded or some means of purchasing a new controller.
