hello all technician so I have a problem in a RISO CZ 100 when I make a copy .. I see a paper jam is the target 6 .. with a code A-17-209 ... I like help

I believe there is a master was not cut properly, -1 - Remove the master roll and close the lid of the unity of creation of master.
2 - test replaced the master properly.
3 - the label on the opposite side of the mark (i) of the roller shaft Masters contains information needed to print - DO NOT START THE SUCH PRINTING IF CAN NOT READ OVERVIEW OF THIS LABEL. please ensure that the roll of the Masters is well specified for this device and that the label roll Masters is not loose or damaged.
