Hey All,
I have a RP 3105 UI and I am a mac user.
I have officially given up on trying to get it to work directly with my mac (os10.6) and I am now looking into my options with a RIP. I have seen elsewhere that people have gotten models like the SC7950 to work with both their RP and their macs with some creative installation. But, I wondered if the newer RIPs, like the IS700C, would make more sense given my OS requirements. Do the newer RIPs work with older riso models like the RP? is the SC7950 my best option?
Also, my riso only has a parallel port at those moment, no NIC or anything fancy like that. Will I be able to hook the RIP up to my printer, or will need an additional ports and cables and such?
Thanks in advance!
