SC7700 and rotated masters from Os X / Acrobat

    Hi All,

Printing to a GR3750 from a SC7700 on a Mac OS X through Acrobat 6 via the ethernet cord. Generally this has been working great. Only issue is that once in a while, I will get a rotated master (ie, rotated so that the whole image is not on the sheet). Seems to happen only with certain types of PDFs exported from certain programs (Illustrator usually doesn't work, In Design, usually does).

Have tried rotating the page layout in Acrobat, rotating the paper in the feed tray, selecting different sized pages in the page setup dialogue box.

For certain PDFs, nothing seems to help and I usually end of printing things from a printed master.

    Any ideas?

did you check in the riso driver? there is a rotate image if i remember correctly. you may have already checked that if not all i can remember about those is that there are more than one place to rotate image, and sometimes it was challenging figuring out which one to use. no definite answer unless i was there looking at it.
