    wrinkling masters RC6300 & crooked masters GR3770

So here are two pics of my rc6300, just recently the masters have started to wrinkle all across the screen. I have only replaced the master roll once since getting the machine so I hadn't really taken a good look at this part before, but the wrinkling is probably caused by those plastic strips right? I mean they look pretty worn, there's ink on them and two of them are wrapped in tape which is starting to peel... as you can see they are also sort of warped into different shapes, like the one on the end is bowing upwards in the middle, I noticed the other ones are also catching on the rings of the drum clamp whenever I load in a drum. Is this the problem thats causing my masters to wrinkle? It only became noticeable recently, so I'm not sure what the condition of those strips were beforehand because I didn't think to look it over... can I replace those strips?

The GR3770 problem is that the prints are coming out slightly askew. Like an eighth of an inch lower on one side... I'll have to take a closer look, and I'll update when I do, but this is either a problem with the master making or the paper feeding right? The crookedness is totally consistent through out a print run, and also between masters on different drums... Is this a common problem, or something you've experienced? I'd like to hear about what you did to fix it if you've run into this, thanks!!

on the 3770 adjust the parallelism of the timing and guide rollers. on the 6300 the pastic strips with the metal in the middle are getting in the way as you master is loading. they are non fuctional in my opinion. i have cut them out in the past. i would just crease them in the middle to see if you can get them out of the way.

Pull out the drum. Find pressure roller. Look to the left. You should see the next set of rollers. This is timing and guide rollers follow to the front frame where the rollers come through the frame. On the bottom roller you will see a screw and bushing with a line through it. Loosen screw turn the bushing with a flat head screw driver tighten screw and test repeat untill your copy is straight.
