[Misc] Duplo DP 63 SH

We have a second hand Duplo 63 SH. The language is in Japanese and it is also requesting stacker. Believed stacker was installed on it, but was received without one.

Will be grateful if someone can help with some advice: to change language to English and to disable stacker.

you have enter service help mode and change the setting. most of the machine inside the front door there is a table of most useful setting. language setting is also there.

Thank you very much for your help. We changed the setting and it worked. Please could you help us with the second part of the problem.

PROBLEM: " Print Stacker cover open"

As l said earlier, we believe this machine was connected with a stacker. But we did not receive it with a stacker. Please we will be grateful if you could help us with the diagnostic procedure to disable the stacker, unfortunately we do not have the service manual.

please check sensors in that area. a door/cover is open or closed will detect by sensors.

Thanks again for your help. Checked very well and there is not any cover open within that area. l really believe it has to be disabled from the memory/or controller of the machine. Unfortunately we do not have the manual for this machine to perform any diagnostic. Thanks.
