Riso RZ 370ep wont ink drum after fixing p-04-513 error.

I had a p-04-513 error (ink overflow) i read how to fix it,
took the drum apart and cleaned off the shorter wire, removed ink etc.

This resolved the error message, my first 100 prints after this worked fine
but then it all began to fade like the ink was running out,
it now does not seem to be inking the drum although it makes all relevant noises,
I have tried several masters, a new ink and inking it in test mode (0887)

if anyone can help it would be much appreciated...
    thanks

you may have ink built up on the longer wire on the drum pcb inside the drum check it because it sounds like it thinks it has ink in it so its not adding any

If that error will appear & bother you again, double check the squeegee drive gear (Gear;m1x25x8.5 OWC) beside the squeegee idle gear & located at the end of the squeegee roller. That's in the rear side of the drum. You have to remove the Rear Drum Frame so that you could see the drive gear. That gear should turn 1-way in clockwise direction. If you can turn it the other way around, remove the gear & clean it thoroughly especially the bearings on its center part.If not replace it.That "damned" gear is the main reason why the ink will build up on the drum pcb coz the squeegee roller doesn't turn at all & also the bloody mess in your hands.Hehehe..
          Hope this will help..
