Try Clamp Motor Assembly if you did it already maybe it's the posotion marks of Intermmediate and Main gear not align.

I did. It worked for about 2000 copies then error code reappeared. Any other suggestion?

Replaced clamp unit

Keep getting error code E03. Clamp keeps locking on the compensator. Any suggestions?
