My Riso recently lowered the feed tray to the lowest position and I can't seem to get it to operate since. The machine tries to feed, but since the tray is all the way down it gives the T2 Call Service error. Any ideas? Thank you for your help in this matter.

Thank you for such a quick response! I tried the test mode for the Elevator operation (102) and it never responded other than "testing" on the display screen. I opened the covers to see if there were any disconnected wires and found none. I was getting concerned. I went to get a bite to eat, stopped by the church (said a little prayer, too) and came back to look again. I ended up taking the plastic panel (covering the card stock mechanism) and removed the assembly which governs pile height. Viola! the little plastic finger (that rides on the two feed wheels) was in there a little crooked and was not moving with the spring. Popped it back into place, re-assembled everything and it works perfectly!
