    Ricoh VT6000

Have a customer that wants me to install paper feed and upper separation rollers on one of these. It is a duplicator, not a copier. I have the service manual and it gives almost useless info on replacing feed rollers. And no info on replacing the "upper separation rollers", these are the same as the feed rollers, but are the next set back with a separation roller between them. We actually have the upper separation roller assembly also, but just need some info on how to remove them. The pickup rollers look fairly simple, but don't know about the other set. Does anyone have any info on how to do this? Would be greatly appreciated.......Thanks!

Got the pickup/feed/sep roller installed. Still jams under the drum every 3 to 4 pages or more often. the lead edge gets to the black rubber roller under the drum assy and jams. Cleaned sensors, picking up paper fine, just stops there and will have black on the edge. the service manual that I have really goes into no detail. Thought there might be a common problem. thanks
