Hello,
I've got a Riso GR3750 machine and am currently trying to pinpoint the possible causes of a problem.
When printing, the paper often gets stuck producing the error message PAPER JAM CHECK FEED AREA. When I check inside, it is either sat just before the drum, halfway into the machine, or there is no paper in there with the last print off having a printed image that has slipped off the bottom of the page.
After doing some reading I am thinking it may be to do with the feed bed or the feed rollers. I read somewhere that the rubber parts are often what take alot of the wear and given the the copy count is just over 2,000,000 and the master count is 6,000, this is the best guess I can come up with as a Riso layman.
So my main question is whether my assumption is correct and what other possible causes there could be.
I hope you can help.
Many Thanks,
Nick
