      This is an error for the scanner unit. The image scanner is not detected or not released from the Home Position Sensor. You can try turning off the machine. Then push and hold the reset button while turning on the machine back on. If this does not clear the error or it comes right back then something is wrong with: a. the scanner motor, b. the home position sensor for the scanner, c. drive from the motor to the scanner (belt or gear bad/broken).
