    GR Paper feeding problem

I'm having a separate issue for another GR3770 that I work with. Initially it was printing 3/4 of my image area before a loud 'clunk' would happen, so it would spit out the print with the last part of the image being cut off. I figured out that this was being caused by the Hook Lever slipping off the Pressure Lever 3/4's into the print.

I adjusted the spacing between the 2 levers and now I am facing another problem, the paper is misfeeding- it will feed a sheet a bit more than halfway in before it stops. So most of the sheet has entered the machine but it hasn't totally cleared the first paper feed area... Perhaps this video illustrates what's happening to a keener eye

What's the problem here? As always any advice is much appreciated!

I think I am having this exact same problem. Have you had any luck at all?

The paper is feeding halfway in and stopping before clearing the feed roller. The video you show looks pretty similar to mine.
This occured when something malfunctioned in the disposal process and caused the cylinder to jam up and make a machine gun clacking noise, followed by T1 error. I fixed that the same way I have before, and now the timing seems to be off. It appears as if its skipping a cycle, or something, and the clutch is not fully engaging? I'm totally mystified at the moment.

I'm in the middle of a big job and am totally screwed by this. Urgently need to get this one going again.

Are the exit rollers turning? (watch them) try running it on speed 2 or slower. Does it work then? I see that the hook is working now, is there any image at all on the page? Did you clean the wrap spring for the registration roller? Those needed cleaning and scuffing every now and then.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Okay, I fixed the feeding problem I was experiencing by adjusting the cam pulley orientation, so I have paper feeding through and printing. Only the registration is about 2cm low on the page as opposed to before.

Honestly this could be the right positioning, as I have no idea what the orientation of the pulleys had been when the jam occurred. But I have a feeling its not.

Still, I'm having a hard time getting the alignment holes in line with each other on both pulleys at once. Once I run a print cycle the holes are then both about 4mm out of alignment (both being a little to the right/below the alignment hole). Its probably just something I need to mess with until it comes around, but I've redone this about 100 times now and its always just a little low, or waaaay off if I overcompensate for shift.

Those technical manuals go a long way to doing anything with the machine, but sometimes there are little tricks I guess?
