RZ390 feeding and ink questions
Hi,
My RZ390 is feeding multiple pages through with some papers and causing jams. Not a huge deal but somewhat annoying and I haven't been able to fix it complete with adjusting the feed adjustment knob. Just curious if anyone knows a better way to fix this problem or if it means i need new pads or anything. Doesn't do it with the standard paper I use, mainly with lighter papers.
also I'm having a lot of problems with ink not drying, black drys the best but my blue and red hardly ever dry. I print on the lightest setting and that helps but by no means fixes the problem. Should I try non riso brand inks?
Any advice would be great.
