Looking to purchase a GR 3770, high copy count

The one I'm inquiring about has 3,000,000 copies on it, haven't found out how many masters. Asking price is 750$

The question I have is, I've heard that these machines can run indefinitely, provided certain parts are replaced periodically. Is this true? Or should I look for another machine with a lower count?

    thanks,

    John

GR's are a great box. Just about solid as a tank, the only problem will be parts. Might be able to find some on Ebay. Honestly, I would go with something newer. Maybe an RP. Those should be going for cheap as well.
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

Thanks for the reply. I currently own a GR 3750 and an SC 7500, so I figure compatibility with that as well as the extra drums is a factor for getting the 3770. I'm really attracted to the 600dpi resolution so I think I'm gonna get it. I guess 3,000,000 isn't that much relatively speaking? Wish me luck, hopefully it's in good working order.

      thanks,

      John
