RISO RZ INK, HELP?

I heard that RZ 220/ 230 oem ink with code S-4252 cannot be used in some region, only in china , is that true? actually i am currently using oem ink S-4253 but can't afford because too expensive.

please all the expert here if know any information about this , please help me out.

it's ok to us master or ink from china, but here is a problem is you need to press the start button for several times, i guess about 2 times before it gets starting.
